PLUSINNO Stainless Corrosion Resistant Saltwater

The perfect gift is the first tackle box that your child needs as a beginner, or the professional fishing gear they need. The tackle box is a great gift for someone who is an avid fisherman. The fishing pliers are made from a tough Teflon coating and have a sturdy and resistant capability. The bending strength of common aluminum split ring pliers is only 4%. The fishing tools have no signs of oxidation or rust. The jaws are coated with titanium. Take advantage of the crimping slots to secure a split shot weight or build a steel leader if you want to grab and remove a fish hook. Add fishing pliers to your gear. It's much easier to remove the hook. The best Tungsten Carbide cutter. The replaceable cutter is made from YG8 Tungsten Carbide, it slices through mono, fluorocarbon, or braid with ease. The fish hook removal can be used in both freshwater and saltwater. The non-slip handle is fitted with finger grooves for better control and comfort, and it also has a solid, confident grip even in wet conditions. 👤These pliers are heavy duty. Please watch the video. I am getting rid of my current set in favor of these. I like multi-tool. There was less stuff in my tackle box. People can agree, right? This gives me a split ring hook, which eliminates one tool from my bag. They feel like they will last because you have the split ring. The belt buckle may break after being stretched to release from your belt. I usually keep it in my back pocket. May it be for you. Again, watch the video for a full review.

👤The fishing pliers are perfect for the price. I have had Rapala pliers for a long time. The back part of my Rapala is getting dull. I wear them every time I fish and end up cutting things, but they are on my side. The cutting blades are replaceable so these pliers will likely last longer. The case has great retention and the pliers just slide in, unlike my Rapala which gets weak with time. The case is held securely by the belt clip. A collapsing cord will keep them out of the water. When out of case, they remain open, so they don't have to hold a fish to get them open, just squeeze down and grab whatever they want. My Rapala pliers were a step up. Fishing pliers can be improved. Would buy again in a minute.

👤I have been using a set of pliers for a long time. The hook punch is something I like about them. Sometimes, I will buy a lure that has a hook hole filled in. The hemostat players have been great for that. They are flimsy and slide on hooks. I jumped at the chance to get some fishing pliers. They feel stronger. The coiled cable is connected to the pouch. The pouch slides into one of the straps if I'm fishing on my jet ski. I strap my kayak to the seat if I use it. I thought of trying to take both pliers with me, but I realized I had an old set of clippers that had a punch with it. I have the best of both worlds when I hook them through the included carabiner. If they had a hole punch, I would give them a five-star rating. I love them!

👤These pliers seem to work. They are resistant to saltwater. I clipped them to my belly while wading. They were submerged while fishing. I washed them off after I got home. They have no signs of pitting or corroding a week later. They work well. The hand is comfortable. There are hooks, crimping weights, cutting line, flouro and braid. They function as they should. They did not move around while in the sleeve. They were moving around quite a bit. They do a good job for me, even though they aren't as good as a high dollar set.

👤I would have spent less money on the pliers if I had read the reviews. My experience with pliers has been negative. The pliers won't hold steady any small braid, mono, or swivels. Contacted Plusinno for support. I can't perform as an elderly male with no cell phone photos ability. I explained the problem to no one. Prospective customers should be aware. After my initial feedback, I was contacted by the manufacturer and offered a full refund.

Brand: Bronze Times

👤These pliers are great for grabbing and cutting rings. Long jaws for hooks buried deep. It's a good tool for saltwater fishing and boating. Great pliers for fishing. These are built to last.

👤The fishing pliers are nice to use, but the cutters are not as strong as they are, and will wear out within a month if you cut braid to change out your set up. Unless you are going to use them for Monofilament fishing, don't buy them.

👤The first 2 outings were great and they are light. That's the only thing that's 5 stars. I bought them. I did not need pliers or scissor. The pliers twisted at the tip and the cutter worked well on the first two outings, but now it just smashes the line. I should know by now what you pay for. The fishing tools will be put into a pile.

👤You don't need to pay a lot for pliers. They do not make you a better fisherman. The basic $1 pliers can be found at the hardware store. If you want something rust resistant, you should get these, because you won't be able to lose in the lake because you dropped them.

👤I accidentally left these out for 3 weeks in the sun. They were still sharp when I found them. Sharp is still as it was before. I will definitely buy another set.

👤It's a nice tool to have in your bag. It's useful for many things. Hope it lasts a while, it seems to be made well for the price.

👤I am not sure if I like the idea of the cutting edge being on the side or the center, but I like these! The color makes them easy to notice.

👤These are lightweight and great. I bought a second pair for my dad. Great purchase.

Brand: Kastking

👤I will be updating my negative review. The pliers that I used to use rusted and would not cut anything, but I have finally received a new pair. I received the pliers the next day for free. I will update this review after I am able to test them out. The "product review" system has become very important to me. I read as many reviews as I can about the item before buying it. I have never left a negative review for any item. When I have an issue with a given item, I've always delayed leaving a review until I'm allowed to speak with the customer service dept. There is an opportunity to correct the issue. I ordered the straight nose pliers from KastKing. The one constant in all of the reviews I read was their amazing customer service and warranty system. "World-Class Customer Service" is one of the core competencies of the company. This is not the case for me and my experience. It was difficult for me to justify paying over $30 for a pair of pliers, but I was okay with it because of the company's reputation and track record. The "line cutting" system that is built into the pliers was one of the main selling features. I use Berkley FireLine on all of my freshwater reels and was thrilled to find a pair of pliers that could cut any line I use. The pliers struggled to cut my lines. The pliers wouldn't cut the line. It wasn't a dealbreaker for me. I was on the water for 12 out of 14 days and used the pliers every day. The pliers were useless by the end of the two weeks due to the amount of rust that had formed on them. I was upset that I had paid so much for a pair of pliers that were not good. I've worked in the service industry my entire life and know that no matter how hard you try or how great your quality control system is, mistakes and defects happen. One of the reasons for a customer service dept. I won't go into detail about my current issues with the customer service group because this review is too long. It took four days to receive an initial reply from me after I contacted them 13 days ago. I tried calling every customer service phone number I could find, but due to COVID-19, their customer service is only working through email. I have been told that I must be patient and that they will provide further information. I am at a loss and have no idea what to do next. Hopefully, this review will help to create some sort of action and help someone avoid a similar situation. I will update this review whenever there is an action from KastKing.

👤I have had these pliers since the summer of 2020 and at first I liked them. The grips were comfortable. The cutter on the side cut through the braided line. The holster was the only thing I didn't like about them. I couldn't get it to stay upright. There is a lanyard attached. It's a little annoying. It was clip it into my pants pocket that worked the best. The location of the braided line cutter is Complaint #2. It is not very practical and can be difficult to cut line with. I got used to it and it cuts. The cutter should be part of the pliers, not off to the side. After purchase, June 2021. I have a long line and am bringing in a 90 pound fish. After a bit of struggle we get it onboard, but I have a hard time getting the circle hook out of its mouth, so I reach for my pliers. I feel the pliers getting adjusted as I start twisting lightly. They snap in half. I left the hook alone because we had two more decent sized halibut to haul up. I was not angry at the time because I knew my freezer would be full of fish to feed my family for a while. I am pretty disappointed in the quality of this tool, after having some time to think. I used less pressure before these things snapped in half. It was not good. My 8 year old son could have done the same thing if he had the strength in his pliers. I would limit their use to smaller freshwater fishing if you buy them. They can not hack it anywhere else.

4. Cuda CM18828 BRK Needlenose Pliers

Brand: Cuda

👤They rusted very quickly. They are hard to open and close. I tried soaking them in oil, but it was very hard to open or close. I bought a pair of pliers on Amazon.

👤They were bent needle nose pliers not straight, I must have missed it. Due to their construction, I will keep them and purchase the correct ones at the marine supply store.

👤The product was used in salt water for a month. I used chili one spray and took care of it. I can no longer return it because it doesn't work.

👤I work on laundry equipment. Tools that will hold up under wet conditions are what I need. This tool is in my bag. It is easy to use and rust free.

👤It was used on a boat. There is saltwater. At the end of the day, it was washed in fresh water and salt. Did not use oil. They were hopelessly rusted shut after 2 days. They should be soaking them in water.

👤Like Chinese steel. These pliers are for people who like rust.

👤It is extremely prone to rust. After a month, the coated material starts peeling. It's hard to slip a finger through the bulky handles when holding the plier.

5. Bubba Blade Stainless Non Slip Synthetic

Brand: Bubba

👤The signature grip makes these pliers feel great in the hand. The braid works well with the line cutter. They are not very strong. After I twisted the circle hook out of his mouth, the pliers were bent and ruined. This price point is disappointing.

👤I have a knife and a blade. Both are great! I can't say the same for the man. The decision to purchase a tool became an excuse when the cutter on my Penn Pliers dulled out. I could have replaced the Penn cutter for $7.00. But... I found a reason to spend $50.00 on another product. The packaging for the Bubba Pliers was very good. It looked great. I was so excited to open the box. The disappointment is limited to my opinion. I'm not saying this is a bad set of pliers. You can find a better set of pliers at the price point. The electric and the blade knife are very sharp. The price point is not worth the quality of the Bubba Pliers. There are a pair of $20.00-$30.00 pairs.

👤Everything else about these is not as advertised due to the fantastic grips. You couldn't grab anything with the end of the needle nose because the jaws never closed all the way. There is no Alan wrench to fit the cutters because they didn't work over time. I contacted bubba and they sent me new cutters and an allan wrench. It doesn't fit. I have a lot of tools in my garage. The jaws were bent while the hook was taken out. Never again. Good knives and bad pliers.

👤These are the worst products that he makes. I love my knives and have many. CRAP is what these are. They do not cut wire, mono or Braid. You can see through the cutters when you hold them up. The nose end of the pliers does not line up even with light. A huge insult from a great company. They need to fix them or take them off the market.

👤I bought a set of pliers a few months ago and only used them for a short time to remove the hooks from the lizards. I removed the hook from a blacktip and the pikes. I've used a number of cheaper purses that have failed. So. I thought I would get some good ones. That wasn't the case with these. I own 2 beagles and have not had any issues with them.

👤The lanyard has a split wire triangle instead of a split ring. This is not secure and failed on my second day of use. I did not lose the pliers because the holder was well designed. I used an older pair of pliers from another brand to attach the holder to. I just bought a really expensive holder.

👤The first set of these were not good, the jaws were not aligned correctly, and the second set is not much better. They feel good in their hand and the cutter cuts braid easily. The sheath is nice but unless you have a belt on to pass through the loop these will be in your pocket. I don't have expectations of big things but I will see how they hold up.

6. Cuda Titanium Bonded Stainless Freshwater

Cuda Titanium Bonded Stainless Freshwater

Umarex 2219004 Slingshot Ammoo. The Freshwater Steel Plier is made ofstainless steel. The package dimensions are 10.0" H x 1.0" L and 8.5" W.

Brand: Cuda

👤The pliers are perfect for retrieving hooks from a fish mouth. You can see what you are doing with them.

👤Have been in a kayak. It was easy to use. Great item.

👤These pliers are used when fishing. I wish it came with a sheath.

👤I carry the convention needle-nose pliers. It is advised to keep cheap soft plastic lures away from the grips for a long time.

👤The pliers are made for use on a boat. They are large and heavy and can't be hung on for wading or freshwater. I use the same tool with smaller fish. A small clip in one of the handles for a lanyard would have been handy, and the ability to lock in a closed position would have been nice. The handles are comfortable and the tool has a nice solid feel. They should last a long time if you clean them in fresh water and oil them. They are easy to grab onto things that are hard to reach, as they are offset on an angle. A set of these on the boat would be better.

👤They describe these pliers as Freshwater. They are more comfortable than traditional pliers. It's more natural to get the hook removed than it is to twist your wrist. Anyone that's ever tangled with a large fish knows what I'm talking about. The bent design will work against you if you have a crimping function. The handle is starting to bend before you can make a good crimp. The bench tools are dedicated to crimping. The grooves on the nose tips give a secure grip. If you grab the mono leader with the jaws, replace it with a different one before putting the bait back in the water. It's a great value. If one of these happens to go over the edge, you won't feel bad. You can buy a pair for your boat.

👤When my husband saw the pistol grip pliers, but left on a fishing trip, he left them with me, because he couldn't take them in his carry-on luggage. I have used them to hold washers in place while driving screws through them. I didn't have to worry about my hands getting in each other's way while I installed the 18 screws. I dropped a skewer under the stove grate while the pliers were sitting in the kitchen. I was able to get it with the pliers without having to turn off the burner. Does he need these in his tackle box? I hope not, they are so useful for repair work in the close spaces of our elderly house. The handles are easy to grip, and a spring keeps the tips open when not in use. The handles are the greatest feature.

👤I have these to use around the house. Being able to use straight pliers is very beneficial. I like to tinker with household objects, but some crevices can be hard to reach with regular pliers because of the way I hold them. I can't get good leverage because I can't pull straight and I can't get good leverage because I can't angling. The wonkiness is eliminated by these. The grips of these pliers are very comfortable and seem to hold a long time. I've already used them to modify a few items and I'm going to use them as my main pliers for years to come. They come with a plastic band that keeps them closed, but I've lost mine.

👤I use a crimping tool to make my product. I was able to find a replacement for my old crimping tool at Amazon and it is a perfect one. It came over the weekend. I didn't miss any manufacturing time.

👤This is not the kind of steel they are saying on the website.

Tungsten steel wire cutters allow you to make all the cuts you need. The rubber grips areMolded Tides pliers are the only tool you need on the water.

Brand: Tides Fishing Company

👤I have been fishing for 40 years. These are very nice. The leather sheath is a plus. I will definitely be buying more if they only last me a year and they feel like they will last a few. Especially for the price. Get some. When you first get them, the sheath feels stiff. That is new. I rubbed some leather oil on it last night and it softened up this morning. I think they will do that with time. anyways I am impatient.

👤The seller was quick to get back to me on a Saturday and resolve the problem that I had with the item. It's not common to find these days. The jaws of the pliers were not straight after being tightened three times. I'm getting a new pair. Thank you!

👤My friend looked at me and said, "You get this for that amount?" Confirmation.

👤Our son says they are excellent.

👤The sheath, alone, was worth the price, even though I wasn't a fan of the pliers. I don't think I'll need to buy another one for a long time, just need to get some new pliers.

👤The pair is awesome. These fit the bill for a hardcore fisherman. The product is high quality.

👤Does not do a good job cutting mono.

9. Cuda 8 Inch Titanium Bonded Snips

Cuda 8 Inch Titanium Bonded Snips

Brand: Cuda

👤We use our Cuda scissors for all of our fishing and camping trips and I plan to buy at least 2 more pair. We have used them to cut up frozen bait, and they don't have to use a lot of force. We use them every weekend even though we only had them for 5 months. I bought a pair of scissors for my mom on her b'day, because she always wanted a good pair of scissors that wouldn't let her down if she ever needed to use them for something tough to cut. The best scissors ever made.

👤It was used twice a week last year to cut perch fish fins. I noticed that the spring broke in two pieces when I opened it this week, when I was preparing it. Absolutely disappointed. It looks and feels durable outside, but not inside. The handle is too wide for me. Had to cut more perch fins.

👤You're cutting bait, but these are just awesome. I haven't tried on metal, but they slice through everything. The blades are so close together that I cut them in half, perch, crab, and even paper and plastic.

👤If you're looking for a serious pair of cutters, then you need to stop reading this and get to ordering them, they have a 4.8 rating out of 5 stars, and they're not cheap.

👤These scissors are good for fishing. They are easy to use. This model has been purchased twice by us. The first pair lasted a few years and is the best you can hope for. We also have their fishing pliers.

👤I use them for cutting braided line and almost everything else that needs cutting. The micro-serrations keep the material in place so it doesn't get lost. I have had them for almost two years and they are still sharp and tightly constructed. I have purchased many more pairs.

👤I like the brand and product. Use these as garden trippers and they don't rust.

👤These are fishing shears. To slice a crab in half, you have to use a knife. It goes through a braid. This is what I needed.

👤It was well built and handy. This tool is a must have for every fisherman. It feels sturdy and strong in your hands, so you could pass it on to the next generation. When packing it up for the end of the season, make sure it is dry and clean to avoid tarnish and oxidation. It could be used to cut through thick fish fins and spikes when cleaning them up for cooking and could be stored with a safety clip to avoid accidental cutting into your tackle box. Did I mention it is titanium? I guess that's where it comes from. This product is recommended.

10. Black Anchor Saltwater Resistant Anodization

The blade will not slip with the security of the liner lock. The anti-corrosion aluminum is made of aluminum. The aircraft-grade aluminum is great for long term use without signs of oxidation and rust. TheTREme line cuts. The toughest braided line, heavy mono, fluorocarbon, fly line, and backing line can be easily cut with the 9 CR19 cutter. The included nylon sheath, coiled lanyard, aluminum carabiner, and belt loop make the pliers extremely convenient and secure to carry around. Take advantage of the 3 different crimping slots to secure a split shot weight or build a leader, or grab and remove the fish hook with the serrated jaws. The spring loosens the pliers and allows easy one handed use.

Brand: Black Anchor

👤I was very pleased with my pliers. It's used on fresh and salt water. Work well. There is usually something on the parts when they are made. Not these. I have an issue with them because they are a little short with a fish with a lot of teeth. The cord is short in the kayak. Don't use anyway. U can add a longer cord. The second pair was bought as a backup.

👤Does it work to prevent those hooks from getting in my fingers? When I need to change a lure, I cut the line. A pair of pliers. I would buy it again. It was a gift for my husband. Both of us use it. Win.

👤A pair of fishing pliers. It was great for the price. Purchase three of them for fishing buddies.

👤This is very light. I was concerned about how strong it would be. It has held up well so far. It does everything I need it to do, so no complaints from me.

👤A nice set of pliers. It's light and easy to grip. It still works great and looks good in blue, but I wish it had a split ring opener. I got along with it.

👤The braid included attatchment cord is great as I wont accidentally leave them at home, but these are great for the price. It was pretty impressed.

👤I am pleased with the purchase so far. I was able to use these a few times this winter, but the true test will be this summer.

👤This is a great pair of pliers. The fishing line was cut well by the cutter.

11. Cuda CM18836 BRK Crimper

Cuda CM18836 BRK Crimper

The compression will be given optimum pressure that will result in a very compact effect. The wire cutter is titanium. The construction is full-tang. International products have separate terms, are sold from abroad and may differ from local products, including fit, age ratings, and language of product, labeling or instructions. Handles crimps from 0.1mm to 2.2mm. A single-handed locking mechanism. The Cuda scale pattern grips are non-slip.

Brand: Cuda

👤It is Rusts up but not as fast. I have tried every brand but 3 to 6 months. I keep them working by spraying it with white grease. The cutter edge was not working anymore after about 3 months due to multiple wire and split ring removal. They stood up to my abuse and I bought another pair. If you keep cutting heavy wire or cable, the edge will lose its ability to cut. I have tried all of the other cutters. These would last 6 days of use. I would always wash the down with fresh water, but the spray of lithium really helps prolong their life. On average, I fish with these 4 days a week.

👤A pair of crimpers is what they should be. I like the cuda line of products. They haven't been in saltwater yet.

👤They don't work as well as expected. The top and bottom jaw are not crimped properly because of the offset. Don't spend your money on these.

👤It works well. It seems very durable and rust resistant.

👤I've been trying to get these pliers to work. The jaws don't line up and this is causing issues with crimps. The crimper isn't closing enough to make a good close on the crimps, which is leading to issues. The handles are too big for my large hands and it's difficult to work with single handed. Not happy.

👤The quality of Cuda is great. The grips are solid. Handles do not pinch your hand. Excellent crimps! This product is recommended by me.

👤They stopped cutting cable for leaders.

👤These are not worth much. They are not lined up correctly.

Wrde, I am in the middle of it.
